Returns & Exchanges

At Stine Goya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
